How we work
Six dots. The last three are why it sticks.
Our logo is our process. The left column is how we build. The right column — train, go live, stay — is what most builders skip, and what we are measured by.
-
01 · Build
Understand
- We
- Spend time in the business — at the counter, in the office, on the production floor — and map how work really moves.
- You
- Show us how things are done today, workarounds included.
- You get
- A written summary of what is costing you time and money, and what we propose to fix first.
-
02 · Build
Design
- We
- Put the proposed system on screen before any code is written.
- You
- Change whatever does not fit how you really work.
- You get
- A concept you have approved, and a fixed quote in UGX.
-
03 · Build
Build
- We
- Build on proven tools — ERPNext, Mobile Money APIs, USSD — fitted to your workflow and connected to what you already use.
- You
- Answer questions quickly and test early versions with real records.
- You get
- A working system, tested on your own data.
-
04 · Stick
Train
- We
- Train your team on real work, at their desks and counters, in English and Luganda.
- You
- Give staff time to learn during working hours.
- You get
- A team that can run the system without calling us.
-
05 · Stick
Go live
- We
- Are there on the day — in person in Kampala or on a call — when the first real transaction goes through.
- You
- Pick a go-live date that suits the business.
- You get
- A calm first day, with problems fixed on the spot.
-
06 · Stick
Stay
- We
- Check how the system is actually being used after go-live, and fix what gets in the way.
- You
- Tell us early when something is awkward.
- You get
- A system still in daily use months later. That is the deliverable.
After go-live
The launch is not the finish line.
- Support on WhatsApp and phone when something is not working.
- Fixes for whatever gets in the way of daily use.
- A check-in on how the system is actually being used, not just whether it is running.
- Training for new staff as the team changes.
Questions
What people ask before starting.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We handle the technical side, and we train your team on the work they actually do. You need to know your business; we take care of the rest.
How do you price a project?
After a free walk-through we send a written, fixed quote in UGX covering scope and timeline. You pay in stages — a deposit to start, a payment at go-live and the balance after training — by bank transfer, MoMo or cheque.
How long does a project take?
It depends on what we are building. The timeline is agreed in writing with your quote, before any work starts, and we tell you early if anything changes.
Can you work with the system we already have?
Often, yes. We look at it during the walk-through and tell you honestly whether to connect to it, extend it or replace it.
What happens after go-live?
We stay. We check how the system is being used, fix what gets in the way, and support your team as the business grows.
Do you work outside Kampala?
Yes. We work remotely with businesses anywhere, and visit in person where the project needs it.
